Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- United States: 10 to 18 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
